About Me
I am Adisty Pratiwi Sulistinawati, a Biology graduate from Universitas Indonesia (2023) with three years of experience in microbiology research and testing. I currently work as a Research Assistant and Microbiology Analyst at the Center of Excellence for Indigenous Biological Resources–Genome Studies (CoE IBR-GS), Universitas Indonesia.
My work spans environmental and applied microbiology, including research on microplastic-degrading bacteria, fermentation process development from laboratory to pilot scale, and microbial product development such as tempeh starter cultures and microbial consortium inoculants. I also perform microbiological testing under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and mentor students in microbiology research.
Through PERMI, I hope to stay up to date with the latest developments in microbiology through insights from experts in the field, and to broaden my knowledge and network in industrial microbiology.
