Dion Saputra is a Master’s Student at the Laboratory of Genome Science, Department of Marine Life Sciences and Bioengineering, Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (TUMSAT). He is deeply passionate about advancing science and innovation in aquaculture and marine biotechnology.

🧬 Aquaculture Genomics & Molecular Biology – RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, target gene amplification (PCR), PCR product purification, cycle sequencing, Sanger sequencing, advanced sequence analysis, recombinant protein expression, genetic recombination experiments, and foreign gene introduction into fish cultured cells
