The first day of the workshop will feature six speakers sharing their experiences with various Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) approaches. 

They will discuss best practices in NGS within the fields of food science, pharmacy, biotechnology, and biodiversity. 

The second day will focus on bioinformatic hands-on.

We will assist you with Bioconda, WSL2, QIIME2 and RStudio installation before the workshop
